LE CHÂTELAIN
The name, Vinsobres, has nothing to do with a story of Vins (wine) and sobres (sober) but has a latin origin and means : fortress on an elevation (vins + obres).
The village is located 12 kms west of Nyons in the south of the Drôme Provencale area in the heart of "a land of perfumes, colors and tastes together with an exceptional climat."
Apart its red wine, you will find here most of shops and services.
